Guests Should NOT Bring
- No self-tanning oils or ‘bronzers’ onboard the yacht
- Avoid wearing denim or jean articles of clothing.
- Do not bring red wine or other obviously staining beverages.
- No BBQ equipment, hookah, shisha, or other items that utilize open flames, gas, propane, coals, etc.

Payment and Credit Card Policies
Credit card used at the time of booking must be present the day of departure, along with your photo I.D.
Cancellation Policy
We require written notice of your cancellation and email is acceptable. If you cancel 30 days prior to commencement we will fully refund your deposit without any penalty. Between 30 and 14 days prior to your cruise we will retain your full deposit. Any time after 14 days before commencement we will retain 50% of the full charter fee.

Q. How Do You Book A Charter?
The process of booking a charter starts with a phone call to one of our charter specialists who will go over some of the trip details with you. Once all trip logistics and details are finalized, you will be sent a charter booking agreement to sign and a way to process your payment. A non-refundable fee for holding will be required at the time of booking.
Q. What is A `Full-Crewed Charter` and a `Bare-bones Charter`
A ‘full-crewed charter’ comes complete with a captain, deck hand and interior stewardess to cater to all your needs during your custom yacht charter aboard “Island Soul.” The yacht will be carefully provisioned for you and your guests. Once aboard, your only responsibility is to relax.
On a ‘bare bones’ charter, you’ll be responsible for all provisions coming aboard “Island Soul” and all needs for yourself.
Q. Are there Short Notice Bookings?
Even though it is not ideal, it is possible to charter with us, provided you are provisioning “Island Soul” yourself.
Q. Are Children Allowed on Charters?
A family charter is a great experience for children, with new places aboard to explore. It will certainly be a great adventure for them! If there are children in your group, please let us know at time of booking.
Q. Is Alcohol allowed Aboard the Island Soul?
Absolutely! You are allowed to bring alcohol aboard ‘Island Soul’ with the exception of any types of red wines, including sangria.
Our crew members are not permitted to serve you alcohol.
Q. Are Pets Allowed Aboard Charters?
No, Pets are not allowed aboard “Island Soul.”
Q. Do You Have Water Toys Aboard ‘Island Soul’?
Yes, water toys will be included with certain charters. To find out which are available, please inquire at the time of booking.
Q. Can I Bring Food and Beverages on the Charter?
You may bring most any food and beverages aboard the charter, with some exceptions: no red wines or staining foods. Inquire at time of booking.
Q. What if The Weather Turns Stormy on the Day of the Charter?
Mother nature has a mind of her own; If your charter conditions are deemed unsafe for departure, we will re-schedule your charter for a later time.
Q. What Happens If I Have to Cancel my Charter?
You need to contact us as soon as you are certain you have to cancel your charter. We can Reschedule ‘Island Soul’ charter for a future time. Complete cancellations may results in loss of deposit, or certain other fees. Please consult with your booking agent for full details.
Q. What’s Customary for Gratuity?
Gratuity is appreciated, and is typically between 15% – 20% of your total charter amount. You could add this to your credit card at the time of booking. If you prefer to pay in cash, plan ahead for this. For a more personal touch and a “Thank You” to our crew members, it’s a great idea to bring an envelope or even better, a nice Thank You card for this purpose.
Q. Can a personal tour be booked?
Yes, with advance notice, we will gladly give you a personal tour of the “Island Soul” yacht before any charter. Also look through the many pictures in our photo gallery, and for your convenience we also have a virtual tour available for you to take a walk through of the Island Soul Charter Yacht.
Q. How Far in Advance Booking A Charter?
There’s higher demand during certain months of the year, so we highly recommend you contact us the moment you have decided to schedule your charter. Keep in mind, the more advance notice provided, the better we can guarantee the terms of the charter and your departure dates.
Q. What Happens on a Day Charter?
On a day charter, let your imagination run wild. It can encompass anything from a corporate gathering, to sandbar parties, to water-sport activities or snorkeling adventures. Day charters usually range from 4 to 8 hours. On the water; the choice is up to you on how you choose to spend your time.
Q. Is There A Maximum Number of Guests Allowed on Charter?
The maximum number of guests allowed aboard “Island Soul” yacht charter are the primary guest, plus twelve.

Q. Is Smoking Allowed While Aboard the ‘Island Soul’?
Yes, Smoking is only allowed in the designated outside areas set aside for smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside any portion of the “Island Soul”.

Q. Where Would We Board the ‘Island Soul’ Charter?
Upon completion of your booking “Island Soul” charter, our professional agents will provide you with all the details. However, if you need a different pick-up location other than our docked location, that could be arranged. Extra charges may apply.
Q. Is Fishing Allowed Onboard?
Fishing is allowed on certain charters. Ask our booking agents for details.
Q. What Items are not permitted Aboard The ‘Island Soul’?

Q. What About Arriving Late?
We do understand if something unforeseen comes up and you’re delayed. If this happens, please let us know as soon as feasible that you’re running late. In some cases depending upon bookings, the time lost may be deducted from your total charter time.
